Shen Min and NuHair products carry a 90 day money back guarantee
(minus shipping costs). To qualify for a refund you must:
- Use
the product as directed. For example, using three month’s
worth of Shen Min in a few weeks voids the guarantee.
- Include
a reason in writing for the return.
- Return
ALL bottles both opened and unopened
The
money back guarantee may only be used ONCE per customer. Placing
an order after receiving a Return Credit voids all future guarantees.
Low Price Guarantee
We
guarantee the lowest prices on Shen Min and NuHair anywhere. We are
confident that our prices are already the lowest around, but if they
aren't we will make them. We will beat any lower price by 5%. Just
call our toll free number 888-849-8686 and let us
know where you saw the lower price. Naturally it must be on the same
product or combo, and the offer must be made by a legitimate business.
We will NOT match any prices seen on Ebay as they are subject to change
at a moments notice.
